How to Attract Women by Living in the Moment

A lot of self help gurus talk about being in the moment, experiencing the moment for exactly what it is, and how it can help you attract women. Because I feel it’s an abstract concept to most people, I’m going to attempt to demonstrate what I mean by discussing something we are all familiar with, a roller coaster ride. Learning how to attract women will be an afterthought once you actually understand what I mean by living in the moment.
See being in the moment is a lack of thought. A lack of care, a lack of processing. It’s just experiencing the now for exactly what it is. It’s the only REAL thing that we have. The moment is life.
Life is lived in the moment because what happened in the past is all fallible. They are just memories and we all construct memories differently. Everyone constructs their memories based on what they think happened, what they saw, what they remembered, their version of it. It’s up to interpretation.
The future, on the other hand, is just projecting. You never know what’s going to happen, so the only real thing we have is this moment right here and right now. This is exactly where the roller coaster comes in.
That’s why it’s so exciting. You’re not on the roller coaster thinking “oh taxes is just coming up. I better get my taxes done.” No way!
When you’re on the roller coaster you are totally in the moment screaming your head off in fear for your life. There’s the moment that you’re experiencing and that’s why it’s so epic. The fact that it’s an extreme situation forces you to focus on the moment because it’s actually turning on your fight or flight biological survival mechanisms.
So how can we transition this experience into learning how to attract women? How can we use it to increase our own personal attraction abilities?
It’s all about removing the thought process form attracting women. If you’re up in your head thinking “Alright I think I have attraction, now I’ve got to make sure to escalate. Okay here’s comes some good touchiness, okay great. Good. She responded. Good.”
It’s SO obvious when a man is up in his head in the manner, and it’s always so UNATTRACTIVE.
On an energetic level women pick up on the fact that you’re up in your head.
When I’m really on fire and I’m really just getting attraction from every woman in the club, is when I’m just in the club and girls are just flowing over me. They’re like magnetically attracted over to me and it primarily happens when I’m not thinking about attracting women at all. I’m just having fun!
I’m dancing, I’m crowding around my friends. I’m drinking, enjoying everything that is going around and I’m just adding value out into the world and I’m not actively thinking about “attracting women”. If I see a cute girl I go for it, but when you’re just having fun and you’re bringing the party (value) women tend to gravitate to you.
Unfortunately, when you’re actively thinking “Okay let me take this to the next level with this girl. Let me try to do this. Let me try to do that.” It will come through in your communications and will really hurt your attraction.
So, the way to really utilize being in the moment for picking up girls is to just experience the moment. Appreciate your interactions. Just appreciate what’s going on and be there. Be present. Experience it. It’s rare. It’s super rare in this world that people are actually fully present. Fully there and experiencing life. Everyone’s always got an agenda. Everyone’s always thinking about other things. Everyone’s always up in their head worrying about this or not worrying about that or judging this or judging that.
Break out of this unattractive norm!
Just be. Talk to the girls. Present yourself as just yourself. You’re not trying to impress anybody. You’re not trying to not impress anybody. You just are. It’s very powerful and women pick up on this because it’s rare. Powerfully present men are sexually attractive. It’s very rare.
This is just the start of how to live in the moment and really ramp up your attraction skills with women.
